Operate and monitor SMT production machinery efficiently

Handle machine setup, programming, and troubleshooting

Perform AOI inspection and oven reflow monitoring

Inspect tools, machines, software, and production materials

Ensure smooth manufacturing and assembly operations

Conduct quality checks through visual inspection and testing

Analyze production data and prepare reports/charts when required

Maintain production standards and product reliability

Coordinate with production and quality teams for process improvement

Hands-on experience in SMT line operations

Knowledge of AOI systems, machine programming, and reflow oven process

Familiarity with simulation and design software

Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills

Ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently

Understanding of quality control procedures and manufacturing standards

Good communication and teamwork skills
